Even the App resolution is worse, the login screen from. Which was a little disappointing but hopefully they are working on it. I did not have a lot of luck with the current V3.150.078.00 version. Not sure why they decided to remove thinks like the H.265 vs H.264, probably because compatibility wise it was better to just force H.264 and remove the option. (You can find it online from APK resources) Coincidentally I noticed that this version of the APK has a lot of options that FUTURE versions remove. If you DO want to give it a try, I have personally found that the Android APK version V3.150.046.00 seemed to be the closest to working for me across all versions. More development is needed, and I am a WARP supporter of Parsec myself. I have seen that some capable people are playing around with settings in the actual configuration file, and I am sure SOME people have gotten it to work but I don’t not see it as a viable option as this point in time. Regardless of H.264 vs H.265, Frame Rate, Resolution, Overlay, or any other setting for that matter. Parsec Android is in the EXPERIMENTAL phase, and even after testing on multiple versions and variations of devices I could not get the decoding to work. Otherwise if you just want to skip to the good stuff head down to WORKAROUND If you are interested in how my Parsec Android testing went, and if your really want to give it a try see Parsec below for my suggestions. This IS a workaround and NOT a way to FIX the issues with Parsec Android. It would also apply to anyone really wanting to play ANY PC game on ANY tablet. And please, PLEASE, someone say that I'm not the only lunatic that thought in Desktop to Tablet remote access. This guide is intended for anyone who is trying to get Parsec running on an Android or even Apple tablets. If someone have solutions of the problems that I have above, please, comment right down. > Exclusive shortcuts input (that i"ll forgive if it"s impossible, maybe it depends on the current Android software implementation.Īnd that's it! I really would love to see a response of this giant book chapter that I wrote. I got a way to work on the 2560X1600 60HZ, but I always have to remember to change back the resolution to not have the hastle of have an black screen monitor without the remote access happening > Custom resolutions (and refresh rates) EXCLUSIVELY while the use of the app. > Access the login screen of the Windows (that's a feature that some rivals already have) So, what was my experience? With a lot of trial and error, i've found some trics to make the main things work, but here are some new things that I really could take avantage of, principally on Parsec (my current favorite software of all time): With those in hand, the first thing i've tried was Remote Access my PC with various softwares. But even with the fear, I bought a small keyboard, small mice, an USB Hub and a Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2021. It gave me so much hope seeing the best Remote Acess of the market having and Android app to connect to PC (even in Experimental Versions (looking at you, Parsec), but it scared me seeing too little content about Android/PC away from each other remote access. So I thought, "Can I do it from a tablet? My back would thank me!" Seeing cloud gaming really glowing up in this modern area and working so much with Remote Desktop softwares made me want to keep using my desktop machine, because it's a viable way to always have your principal documents/software located in a single computer. But, living in Brazil, a decently performance laptop that not weights like your mama is really expensive (like 6 minimum wages expensive), so I tried to think other options. Recently, my old laptop died and, as a coder, I need a machine to work from different places than my home. I'm a brazilian coder and a gamer with a pleasure in experimental features.
